Our Contracts Manager’s take on site visits

As a Contracts and Finance Manager, a large part of my role involves preparing documentation and managing the contract side of the project. While our Engineers explain the remedial works planned during our internal pre-contract meetings, truly understanding the scope and challenges of the work requires firsthand exposure to construction and site operations.

This is where another part of my role comes in handy, managing of our Linkedin and Website content means knowing what is happening and ensuring we have the right images.

Today I finally put my White Card and Kmart steel cap boots to work and joined Georgia O'Neill on her site inspection at Parkside.

It was great to see the remediation team in action, including the concrete breakout works being completed to install the anodes.It was a pretty cool experience and I look forward to getting onsite more with the AEGIS team!
