AEGIS was engaged as the lead Engineering Consultants and Superintendents for a project addressing concrete spalling, balustrade upgrades, and waterproofing repairs.

The scope of our work included:

• Development of conceptual solutions and a detailed Scope of Work outlining methodology, material specifications, and safety protocols.

• Procurement of quotes through a transparent and competitive tendering process.

• Contractual establishment and proactive risk management.

• Engineering oversight during construction, including weekly stakeholder meetings and progress reporting.

• Hold point inspections to ensure compliance with the NCC and Australian Standards.
