Waterproofing pre-Construction meeting

The AEGIS team recently conducted a pre-construction meeting ahead of the re-waterproofing works to a penthouse balcony.

The meeting provided an opportunity to coordinate with the project team, review the proposed methodology, confirm site requirements, and ensure everyone was aligned before works commence.

Early coordination and clear communication are key to delivering successful remedial projects — particularly when working within an occupied building and managing waterproofing works.
