Our team is currently inspecting demolition works in the ensuite units, assessing exposed floor substrates and wall framing before waterproofing begins.

AEGIS was brought in after reports of loose tiles—often an early warning sign of underlying waterproofing issues. With the Design and Building Practitioner Act now encompassing Class 3 and 9c buildings, it's critical to have expert oversight to ensure safety and compliance in aged care facilities.
